CIMA, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, founded in 1919, is the world’s leading and largest professional body of Management Accountants, with 172,000 members and students operating at the heart of business in 165 countries. We are currently seeking to employ a dynamic individual for the following position.
COUNTRY MANAGER
The role:
As the country manager
you will be responsible for driving student recruitment and progression to membership in the UAE and the surrounding territories. You will be the lead on planning, strategising and developing the CIMA brand and qualification in the Gulf. This will include working with local higher education establishments and key employers to develop and influence their business strategies which will ultimately support and drive faster progression of students to membership status in CIMA.
Remuneration: Full package from AED 400,000 per annum.
Requirements:
You will have at least eight years experience in management, marketing or a business development role, preferably within the education/ training sector or a professional or membership body.You will be able to demonstrate proven management abilities to lead and build relationships with senior level management and contacts regionally. Minimum graduate level qualification in commerce, management or business related subjects from a recognised university or relevant professional qualification.
