MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Marketing and new business development support for sales groups in Middle East. This includes detailed market research on our competitors, pricing, target OEMs, strengths and weakness of our products for the Middle East market and all other marketing information required for business development
• Provide timely and accurate reports on business opportunities and customer activities
• Develop pricing models and policies for assigned products and services
• Marketing communication support for the business operations in Middle East
• Be able to implement strategic marketing plans and successfully bring target projects to closure
• Business administrative support, in terms of ensuring proper sales and marketing administrative procedures are followed according to company’s policies
• Generate accurate documentation for fulfilling sales orders
• Develop product training, configuration and sales aids, as well as service and maintenance plans
• Work alongside with overseas Sales and Product Managers to achieve annual sales plan
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Support customers’ enquiries, RFQ and delivery lead time and develop effective after sales support strategies
• Handle customers’ complaints on quality, rejected parts and late/non-delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Electrical or industrial Engineering (minimum)
• Good knowledge and experience in the marketing and new business development of products to industrial markets
• At least 5 years of (Electrical) industrial sales experience in explosion proof products, minimum 3 years as a Marketing Manager
• Experience in explosion proof products, expeditor and QA/QC functions
• Must possess good English language skills, both spoken and written
• Good Arabic language skills, both spoken and written is preferred
• Good interaction skills and excellent multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy is a must
• Willing to travel
